ETA: Truth be told, I'm actually trying to recreate an old article I wrote (over 10 years ago) that was lost from the web when the publisher went belly up. So, I'm trying to re-write it without out-and-out plagiarizing. Of course, I always reserve the right to plagiarize myself so ... no harm/no foul.

Good luck with that, TBH I don't think you'll see a penny. I'm fairly sure it's okay to plagiarize yourself but you may want to consult a lawyer.

I'm fairly sure it's okay to plagiarize yourself but you may want to consult a lawyer.

Yeah, it is. The only issue is if a publisher holds exclusive rights to my work. Since that publisher is dust, it doesn't much matter but, truth be told: I have never let anyone have exclusive rights to my work (where those rights excluded me), so I'm not sweating it.

It's about my own over-developed sense of ethics, etc.

ETA....Needless to say....I am the one with the best journal on this site!! I have TEN....count 'em ....TEN pages of entries in less that 2 years time. Substance.....lots of substance! Variety....something for everyone!! Humor! Emotional insight! Quirkiness and insanity! All in one place! (Ok....so I haven't made an entry for 4 months....)
