Good day everyone,

Since a proper introduction is needed in order to be part of a community, here I am doing my part.
Seeing as people usually see me as a submissive due to my Chinese cultural background, want to point out I am definitely a domme.
Currently residing in the Netherlands, saw a few more Dutchlings here and there, so a shout out to them!

Going to cook a carbfree meal in a moment. I regrettably lacked the proper discipline in the December month, so need to put in the extra work now, to lose those 2kgs. As I am demanding of my subs, I am of myself as well. Can't be a hypocrite, now can I?
Anyone have any good carbfree dinner ideas for tomorrow? (Read ketogenic or atkins meals, >3 grams carbs)

Anyone else working hard to get rid of the winterweight?
Or any subs out there who can't manage to do it without a domme?

Welcome to the forums!

I suggest a variant of Eggplant Parmigiana (or Chicken Parmigiana), in which you simply use ground up pumpkin seeds for the breading. So you have cheese, tomato sauce, and pumpkin meal - low carb.

Or just stuff peppers with veggies, maybe ground turkey, cheese, and tomato sauce, and bake.

Or you could just say the hell with it and eat ice cream.

(Note - I really didn't say the above and will deny it.)

Thank you for welcoming me DarkSteven.

Definitely not bad suggestions, tiny alterations here and there because I am a nitpicker, but I love the ideas!

And very soon, I'll be indulging myself in ice cream again, delicious chocolate ice cream!!!! But first a little restraint, no pain, no gain ;)
