Although not exactly sure what the malfunction would constitute, the level of embarrassment would be extraordinary high (at least for me). Even if it were simply a matter of an undergarment being observed.

I'm older than you and rarely get embarrassed. If I had a genuine wardrobe malfunction that I couldn't control, I wouldn't be embarrassed no matter where it happened. I'd just laugh it off or shrug it off..
