Bill maher (a comedian) is not a commentator. That he hates religion especially Islam is NOT a surprise or a secret, BUT he treats ALL religions with contempt, and has done for decades. Oh and liberals even tho he is one.

Actually Lucy, the fact that he is a comedian doesn't change the fact that he is a commentator. His show does not revolve around his comedy, it revolves around his...and others...views on the news.

Yes, his contempt for all religion is well known. But unlike a lot of those on the left, he doesn't seem to be afraid to be "Politically Incorrect" in speaking out about the Muslims.


It does change the fact that he is a comedian, AND NOT working at a "news" station/network and passing off bullshit as truth and fact. oh.... And being politically incorrect is his "raison d'etre" no matter the subject.

Actually, even though he does speak bullshit much of the time, it's nice to see some truth come out of him.

Ah...so his opinion on the terrorists and on the "pussy nation" isn't his real opinion? It's just satire? Really? That's odd given you just noted his well-known contempt for religion, especially Islam. Got a statement from him confirming that he was only speaking satirically?

And if commenting should not be the news...as you say...you probably shouldn't' have quoted FOX commentators rather than reporters.
