People are telling me that can't see my full profile, and there is nobody viewing me even though I've viewed myself and people are saying that my face at least should be coming up on that list. I tried hiding and unhiding my profile but that didn't work, what's going on?

I was going to post the support link shown in the FAQ's for this section, but it is an old CollarMe link and leads to nowhere. Maybe someone can edit it.
