Actually the lawsuit claims Kaiser allowed his penis to erode away.
It took days to happen.

You can read about it here:

Fox News Report

Or you can more of the actual language of the suit here:

Courthouse News Service

What that leaves me wondering.... is why an elderly man went in for a circumcision? Your whole life your penis is just fine then one day getting a sponge bath you think you might like to clean it up for that hot new nurse that just showed up...

Excuse me. I never read anything that said he was in for a circumcision. All I read was that he was a patient at a care facility. Did I miss something?

You didn't read far enough...or you wisely skip parentheses ;)
"Collins is suing for elder abuse, negligence, and unfair business practices and seeks damages and attorneys' fees. (This man says he went to a hospital for a circumcision but got a penis amputation instead.)"

That portion, in parentheses, is a link to a different article regarding a completely different person.

Oh you're right it didn't show up as a link on my phone

That makes more sense than an elderly man getting circumcised lol

Sounds like he got an infection due to poor aftercare. Perhaps he should sue his caretaker or the doctor instead.

I beleive those people and entities will be included in this phrase. (emphasis added)

"Collins blames Kaiser's business practices for his injuries.
"The conduct of defendants is part of a general business practice
at Kaiser conceived and implemented by Kaiser and Does 1-10, inclusive."
