As usual you miss my point....which is do not fight if you do not want to do what it would take to win. We make the same mistakes over and over. We put our children at risk without a plan for final victory. Otherwise we should not have entered into war on a half ass basis.

Sure they could harass... they could still kill... but without extensive economic...training...and material support they could not achieve military control of land and resources... otherwise they would not be anything but a minor nuisance.
