It's still an authorized method of execution in my state.

Quite the contrary. The Bill of Rights protects persons against acts of the states. Only the state can be accused of "cruel and unusual" punishments. Individual persons, unaffiliated with the state, who act beastly are just plain sons of bitches, and not subject to Constitutional censure.

Those inalienable rights endowed not by govt. but by our creator (does God do geography ?) are...no longer inalienable and no longer endowed by our creator. The rights are subject to interpretation and endowed by geography or...the CIA.

I have no desire to spoil any ones good time,and I admit to not having gone back and re-read the whole thread but,
has any one noticed that the subject of the thread was released yesterday.He does continue on house arrest for the next three months.

But he is home [:)]

.....and not for millennia before and yes, America had to go to a very costly war to get past the greed that was stealing a man's labor...still calling [him] property. The greed has been and is still there but human property is gone.

BUT that was then as our creed has been a great modern experiment that is now, being turned into a failure because not of war but of violent acts.

That equal creation was in the eyes of the law, the eyes of govt., the eyes of society and for most...the eyes of God.

Not anymore.
