Before we get too far into this, I would like to remind everyone that guidelines are found here:

Tips are found elsewhere on the forum as discussion that might be an evaluation or more negative is allowed there and isn't here. It doesn't matter what someone new asks for, as they don't know the rules, but I am hoping that eventually the forum users of a longer standing do know. [;)]
