What really makes a sub stand out in a crowded room?

There have been two occasions when I was so drawn to a male sub at a party, that I just had to go over and talk to him and ask him to play.  In each case, there was a certain type of magnetic energy about him.  Both had dark hair, dark eyes, and a nice smile.  Both were self-confident without being arrogant.  It is hard to explain, but the moment our eyes met, I felt a connection and literally felt pulled in their direction.

I played with both (separately of course, these were different nights) and had a great time, but nothing long-term developed with either.  I found out one was married and that the other was in the process of moving to Austin in the near future

What makes a submissive stand out? I'd have to say it is his or her ability to read the situation and react. As a bottom I will watch a top and her interactions with those around her. Assuming that her play style and personality are interesting to me (for example, if she's so strict that a smart ass would not fit in with her idea of fun then I know we would not get along), I would tailor my approach to her interests. She into service? I'd be the one there unexpectedly with a light for her cigarette or a appetizer. Does she laugh easily? I'm the one telling jokes.

In other words, what makes a submissive (or in my case a bottom) stand out in a situation where bottoms usually outnumber top is effort. Plus I have big tits, long legs and a quick wit. That helps too. ;)

hmmm what attracts me to a women . features wise .. is how shedresses ... her eyes . if she has cat like eyes, I just melt. if she gets this look on her face that can be so innocent and pure and then a coy smile to go with it well she catches my attention. a nice rack helps too but not the first thing I notice in a woman

I am into what's between the ears. I might notice an attractive man, but basically it is wit, presense, intelligence, and sincerity that appeals to me off the bat

I'm a little late on this,
There is nothing wrong with skinny effeminate boys, they just aren't what grab my attention first and foremost.
I tend to notice the guys that look like they could grab a gal and really have their way with her.
