Ja, I imagine because they are french, they don't have command of the English Language. And I would expect that Sun Myung Moon's Washington Times, is no less adept with the English Language, but pretty good in Korean. random, in our language has a sense of odd, unusual, or unexpected, and they may have missed the meaning of the word, and thought throwing dice, which it does not mean.
