I'm very surprised about this.
I think about that there is a opportunity for this but are there here male slaves who have allready done the castration?

First off, a clarification. You specifically ask about males. There are plenty of MtFs that would love to do this, but only because they are NOT male and simply dealing with body issues.

To answer your question, I've seen a few men who have this fantasy, including one who wrote a preposterous lengthy profile claiming that he eas drugged and then castrated against his will, but no credible accounts.

I believe that doctors are prohibited from performing castration here in the US. I don't know about Brasil

I doubt it's someone looking for gender reassignment surgery. Because that's a lot more involved than just castration.

Castration is normally removal of the testicles unless it is being done as part of sexual assignment surgery. The penis is not harmed.

I know a guy who used to talk to these men who wanted castration. Basically all they wanted to do was talk. Of the many he chatted with over the years not one had the "balls" to actually find a way to have it done. I did some research on it awhile ago and they have their own websites. They pass around the names of doctors they say will do the surgery.

I guess he didn't consider that satisfactory. Heck, I don't know. I don't know what to think of these types of guys. I really don't think most realize how it would change their lives and their personalities. Thanks for clarifying that it's the testicles that are castrated, which, makes sense, because that's where all those nasty thought come from anyway, I think, isn't it?

I mean, we men are horny all the damn time. I hear women say they're horny too, but, heck, I've never met one in my entire life even one billionth as horny as most (Italian anyway) men I know (including yours truly). It just takes shape in different forms.

In a way, taking a DRUG might be useful to ward off the horniness, since, well, the suggested manual method (i.e., masturbation) only lasts for an hour or so, until the urges return forth, raging anew, on the same topic, only getting stronger by the moment.

Don't they have a temporary (i.e., reversible) castration drug for those fellows?

Status: offline 		I remember something in the news several years ago. A couple guys were arrested for practicing medicine without a license. They were castrating men. I don't remember how they got caught but if I remember right preserved human testicles were found in the house. Apparently several men had the procedure done without complaining to the authorities.

I have no idea why these men would submit to something so permanent.

Yep, chemical castration (anti-androgen medication) is a thing, and it's reversible.

99% of the time the castration fantasy evaporates when they are faced with the reality of a sadist that has an emasculator, a scalpel and surgical stapler. Most men when faced with the reality do decide they prefer pure fantasy but there have been several instances of men that go through with it and regret it later and there's major baggage involved. Legal consequences, mental squicky shit and medical problems. In many places the chemical castration is also reserved for special cases (sex offenders is what comes to mind) and there have been at least one case of people lying about being sex offenders just so they can be castrated.

That's also one of those many things you'll probably find informed consent doesn't protect you from.

I did an undergrad paper on the ethics of male castration fetishism. Not a yummy topic.

eunuchs usually have both the penis and testicles cut off. If this guy says he wants to be a eunuch, then he's either not researched properly or he wants his entire genitalia removing.

Many submissive males fantasize about this but wouldn't go ahead with it if it was offered. I did have a friend who was constantly pestered by a guy who wanted her to castrate him.
