I just thought of something and it made me sad. People who were born on Feb 29th aren't going to get a fair shake. I propose they get smacked four times as hard to make up for it. I just can't help my innate sense of justice.

The poor people born on February 29th don't get theirs at all. Therefore, not to be contrary, retro spankings can't exist because it leaves some out of the spankings. We're about inclusion, NOT exclusion. It wouldn't be fair. The extra spankings should be spread out to those with a b'day on 2/29. DISSENT THE END
