I was referred to collarspace by a friend...I joined this site yesterday, since joining I have found the home button when pressed logs me out, I notified support they did respond promptly, after updating my profile, I have had nothing but issues, friends can't find me, they say I'm not registered, when I send an email, I am informed my profile is hidden, I don't know how this would happen and I don't know how to fix this issue, I've asked support whether I'm suppose to have recieved an email to activate my account, I don't seem to be receiving emails here, and support doesn't seem to be responding to any emails. Is this site for real..or a scam!..has anyone experienced a similar situation.

Hi there! Yes, this site is a little odd. It sounds to me like you are properly signed into the collarCHAT site http://www.collarchat.com/loginflat.asp but not the collarSPACE site: www.collarspace.com Try that, and good luck! Support is manned/womanned by volunteers, and their responsiveness is somewhat slow. It is possible that you have something in your profile which violates Terms of Use. Specifically, mention of underage people/activity, pictures that are stolen from other sites, etc. Since you seem to be a pro Domme, if you have any mention of a site, rates, etc., that could be considered objectionable. Welcome, and good luck resolving this!

yes i have been facing issues too. latest - i updated my primary profile photo. for a while my photo scroll in the normal view looked bad, then it got fine. but if you view my profile through the "photo grid" option it does not show a pic at all. very disturbing. anybody knows a cure?

Thanks for the feedback, support has responded, it appears that there was mention of a website on my photo, hence all the problems.
