Well, this year anyhow.

Well, just last week I was asked what Passover was about. It's a little complicated to explain but I found this song that is 100% historically accurate and tells the story.

They tried to kill us, we survived, let's eat.

Yup, 100% historically accurate.

There is a book by Michener you might have read that I have always liked .............The Source. Very stirring and in a lot of instances, when something was going wrong in another religion or kingdom or somebody was getting a bit short of bread.......................Blame the Jews !!!

I am not jewish so no I did not notice! What exactly is it the jews are passing over please?

Although I am not a masochist, I have fond memories of the Seders at my great uncle's when I was young. Two hours long, conducted solely in Hebrew. Which is not a language I ever became fluent in despite spending summers with my Israeli cousins.

My favorite part was watching my father get scolded, in front of a table of 25 people, for talking and fidgeting.
