greg gutfeld called him a "hockey goon"

megan Kelly was rightfully aghast at no one censuring reid (then, and now).

and remember, for liberals in general, its far more about the ends than the means.

no one censures the right when they come up with their lying propaganda day to day. why would anyone express outrage at lies which are as common as breaths of air. Obamas a Kenyan, Obamas trying to take your guns away, Obama is violating the constitution, and right on down the line.

Question? Why...if he's "proud" of his actions, is he more concerned that people remember his first 34 years and not his last 6?

i might not be understanding the question...I also might not have the political history to answer it well either, but i didn't even become aware of harry reid in the first place until Obama was voted president. i have no knowledge as to what he was doing/how he was doing "pre-Obama" (except maybe using his government position to somehow become a millionaire about 20x over). my only knowledge of harry reid then is one of political attack dog---bad mouthing his colleagues on the other side of the aisle (as well as corporations, business owners and political candidates), manipulating the senate, protecting Obama, and incessantly refusing to let republican legislation be put to a vote.

i would suspect in his mind he is thinking his legacy is one of "a good soldier" and that perhaps the last 6 yrs have been the better in comparison to all the ones prior---but that's a lot of speculation on my part.

i find the guy utterly despicable.

Anything at all to do with the ACA....the outrage is ironic to say the least.

Not a bit surprised that he lied or that he is so proud of it. It's as predictable as the dancing man pulling out "they did it first" to excuse the asshole or mikey changing the subject.

The cockgargler pulls out the strawman for an ad hominem. There was no they did it first.

If the point is to be aghast at someone characterizing hallucination as believable for political gain, there is no shortage.

Harry Reid is the kind of guy that runs on "Pro Life" but votes pro infanticide.

He runs on protecting the second amendment but never met a gun law he didn't like.

Your assessment is correct. He's scum and now, he's brazenly told the world he's proud of being lying scum. A shining example of the "leadership" on the left.

Michael

Honey, I have been listening to homophobic cocksucker cracks all my life. If that's all you have you might as well go dance somewhere else. I've seen high schoolers come up with better stuff than that.

Of course Mitt Romney lied about his own taxes, saying; "No, the American public really doesn't want to see my tax returns, what they really want is....."

Nope, you lying fuck, we wanted to see your tax returns.

I think it prompted Romney to reveal his tax returns, something he refused to do at first. Mitt makes millions of dollars a year and pays a tax rate lower than middle class Americans, and he was uncomfortable about that.

He never did reveal the standard 10-12 years of tax returns, that was after he revealed the 2 or 3 years he did, that he put out that huge and knowing lie.

I have been, now you on the other hand can snark your asswipe all day long and every post an ad hominem, no actual topic discourse whatsoever, and no moderation whatsoever. Please, heal your scabs.

And this bit about 'PROUD" or whatever, Palin can still see Russia from her house.

dana perino was on megyn Kelly's show a few days ago and they were talking about this. perino said she's aware of a number of democrats in the senate who would be in disagreement over various things with reid, but never spoke out because they were afraid if him. she went on to say he is a "nasty" man and wont be missed in Washington. megyn Kelly paused on that point, and said to the audience that dana perino is so loath to say anything mean about anyone that to describe harry reid as "nasty" is quite a thing. also, the "wont be missed in Washington" comment came across not as solely as perino's opinion, but rather as an observation from talking with the people who had to work with and around him.

I believe that is the legacy all of the asshole politicians seek, rather than be remembered for the punkassmotherfuckers that they are.
