I have no idea your circumstances or back story or why you have a wound there, or illness relating to that area. and 9 weeks is a very long time. Worst I have there is sporadic anal fissure, and coccydynia (that hurts) as I spend too long in bed or sitting or fall ( I normally fall back - to quote Sherlock) occasionally due to CFS M.E. - it has many names
I have noticed over the eons many of us, here, have told our lurgy stories so we know we are never alone.
