When I followed the link from Slashdot; I started thinking about that kid who was being brought up on felony charges for changing a wallpaper on a teacher's computer. Hopefully the changes will pass and no longer can people be prosecuted for innocuous pranks.

I suppose just letting common sense prevail would be too difficult. *sigh*
