Do most Dom's have a standard of how they treat all their sub's?

For me it's finding what they are searching for. Their wants, desires, what gets them going and even their hard/soft....

I'm sure we all have our own personal standards, but I think you mean Domination style--hard, soft, high/mid/low protocol, parental/Daddy-Mommy/maternal, etc.

This is almost like asking whether a Kind Sadist exists, and most every sadist I know considers himself/herself to be one of those.

We all want to know what makes our partner tick and how to push their buttons. Then it becomes a matter of maturity how we choose to responsibly exercise that knowledge, or end up using it irresponsibly or recklessly.
This, in itself, has little to do with Domination. An s-type should have the same kind of acute perception. In fact, a submissive who doesn't won't last very long staying owned. Many S/switches say they are able to relate to both sides of the spectrum because they have experienced it for themselves.

If you mean that you seek to please your partner, I don't consider that to be a D/s issue, but more of one having to do with degrees of selfishness or of selflessness, caring or uncaring. Not D/s, just human character traits in varying expressions.

For me I am a Dom at heart. I am also a switch. But my question is this. Do most Dom's have a standard of how they treat all their sub's? I like all kinds. Sub or slave, sex, service, baby girl, little, torture, humiliation, etc.

For me it's finding what they are searching for. Their wants, desires, what gets them going and even their hard/soft. I love to watch them grow over time and develop into the person they want to be as well as the person I know they can be. With my own sick and twisted items thrown in for fun.

Depends. I wouldn't have myself down as the great motivator at all times. And, quite frankly, I'm more interested in the person I want you to be rather than the person you may think you want to be. This line of work ain't a charity.

On the plus side, I'm a reasonable person with good judgement and so things usually pan out fine.
