This is fascinating. It amazes me the strides modern medicine and technology have made in just my lifetime. I can't help but think of how this could change the quality of life for people, like my mother who didn't qualify for an organ transplant, as well as those who qualify but have to wait for a compatible organ. Amazing, to think there is hope in the future for things like this.

Amazing, to think there is hope in the future for things like this. they are pretty close to curing cancer now too.. some scientists are using viruses that have been engineered to find and kill cancer.. viruses like the cold virus and even HIV.. they turn these bad viruses into good ones.. with absolutely amazing results.. they are in human trials right now for some of these.. I've seen articles on the 3D printers making prosthetics for animals, but I don't think it was with bio printing. still heart warming.
