I dislike Bill O'Reilly. While the information might be true; there is the presumption of innocence. That he is innocent until proven guilty in a court of law by his peers (i.e. a jury). That if he can not afford a lawyer, one is appointed to him. That he is allowed access to the evidence against him, and can choose not to testify in court. Again, I dislike the guy. But he has many rights (including the ones I didn't list here). Even as I read the article I was not really thinking "fuck ya, he's guilty as shit!". No, I was more of "What of this is true and what is simply the bitter divorce and custody battles spilling over?".
