I personally can't stand peas and green beans. Ever since I was a child I hated them.

Swiss chard. The grossest vegetable.

Avocado, I will not eat them or anything that has avocado in it.

Sweet potatoes and yams, I don't understand why people love them. Blech. I don't like yogurt or most fruits either.

Fake meat, those fruits shaped like stars, swordfish, granola or any of the toted "healthy" grains like go lean cereal glech, wild grain rice... all rice, celery, watermelon

I'll list "unhealthy" things too for the sake of evening it out: cheese, butter, animal blubber or fat, soda, bread/pancakes with the exception of some nut or artisan breads, french fries

Granted I'll eat anything when I'm hungry enough but being well fed I'm noticing myself becoming increasingly picky

Those cardboard Styrofoam things that some people call rice cakes. When I've mentioned this people will say - "oh, they're good with peanut butter". Okay, the peanut butter is good, but its still on Styrofoam.

Kale, chard, collards, mustard greens, peas, sweet potatoes/yams, avocados and cilantro. All kinds of peppers...blame the hernia in my diaphragm. Mom was putting salsa in the soups she made and I ALWAYS got sick afterwards. Now she has stopped, especially when she brought a pizza with peppers on it.

I would say those are my two least favorite as well. I love pea soup, but I can't stand peas. And green beans are just disgusting all around, in my book.

A few years ago, I would have said sweet potato, avocado, and kale. Now, I eat sweet potato and half an avocado every day (not together) and I regularly eat kale. Sweet potato is actually kind of a dessert-type treat for me now, with just some cinnamon. It's crazy how much my palate has changed.

The only two vegetables I refuse to eat under any circumstances are rutabaga turnips (I'm fine with purple turnips and collards - Southern girl here) and Brussels sprouts (although I love cabbage)

Not a fan of most tofu.

Good old tap water. I'm fine if its carbonated with a little stevia added but I can't just down a glass of still mineral water.
Artichokes, taste soapy to me
American chocolate smells like vomit.
Oranges (though I like orange juice) peeling an orange and trying to eat the segments would make me sick.
Tomato based dishes.
Anything with mint in it.

I'm with Maria on the artichokes. So freaking gross.
I hate, hate, hate eggplant.
I really have a distaste for chicken too, turkey or bust!

Mushrooms, unless they're the hallucinogenic kind.

quinoa and kale

ETA: And cabbage, and anything in the cabbage family. (Yes, brussels sprouts, I'm talking to YOU.) I can't stand the smell, taste, anything to do with cabbage. Gah.

It makes me more creative! Or it would, had I taken any in the last few decades
Is that a dancing banana or am I just happy to see you?
