Yes, the Republicans definitely have an agenda. Of the top 13 states in debt, 12 are run by Republican governors. Virginia has a democrat in charge, but only since January '14. His predecessor, Republican Bob McDonnell, was sentenced to 2 years of prison for 9 felony convictions related to his corruption. Gov. McAuliffe is trying to clean up the economic mess that McDonnell left in Virginia. Fiscal responsibility?!?? Please...More proof that the money does not trickle down.
