I took the bait and googled 'what are hard sports'.

Top ten hardest sports;
1. Gymnastics
2. Swimming
3. Figure skating
4. Horseback riding
5. Water polo
6. Competition cheerleading
7. Bullriding
8. Hockey
9. Cross country running
10. Freestyle wrestling

Of course, the "Urban Dictionary" begged to differ.
