Actually fill out your profile. Only message women you really think you're compatible with, and make it a personalized message, referencing their profile, that isn't just about kink. Try to actually get to know them.
As Peppermint said, follow directions. If you can't follow the simple rules of the forum, how can any woman believe you can follow her rules?
Depending on where you are in CA, get yourself out into the real world. find munches, classes, play parties. Don't go with the idea of finding the perfect mistress. Go with the idea of meeting a bunch of cool people, and learning as much as you can.
Be the kind of person a woman wants. Have your life as together as you can at 21, have interests and hobbies outside of sex and be enthusiastic about them, get experience just talking to people and getting to know them.
