I'm hungry and I want something different, any suggestions? Food wise, that is...I know how you people think!! ....LOL

I'm havin a light lunch as it's been so hot here lately I just don't get hungry. I'm havin an ounce of grilled chicken with black bean salsa, no chips or anything. The salsa has beans. tomatos, peppers and other tastey bits. I'm counting this as breakfast since I skipped it. Durning the summer I don't get hungry till around 10 at night when it finally cools down, kinda live on pop- sickles and ice cream

But on the flip side last week all I wanted was pizz and cake

That grilled chicken sounds good..I havent had that in awhile.

I'm hungry for a Spinach omelet. I make them with fresh wilted spinach, fresh diced tomatoes, and whatever cheese I have around.

Now if I just had eggs and fresh spinach. My larder is getting bare.

I used to make home made perogis..... but since the last time i did, i ended up with a BIG Ol' scan on my belly, I think it will be a while before i do that... plus, they take a lot of work... stuffed shells are good too.. i do them with chicken, and taco seasoning.. (i like to come up with new recipies)
