I would hope that the EPA would regulate how many pollutants Canada is allowed to flow into our country.

The EPA only handles stuff within the United States of America. Our diplomats and Canada's Diplomats got to the same coffee houses in the morning in Washington, D.C. and Ottawa. They understand the situation. There are times when forest fires have taken place in America and the clouds moved north. There are times when there have been forest fires in Canada, and the clouds move south. Its all about physics....

That article didn't say much about the actual fires, but this article gives a bit more information.

Apparently, thousands of people have already been evacuated due to the fires, but I couldn't find any information about whether there have been any deaths or injuries. There are also wildfires in Washington, California, and Alaska.

Damn Canada... get off your asses and put out those fires... You are blocking out my sun here in St. Louis.

Hmmm, international down-winder lawsuits. I'll wager some lawyers get a chubby just thinking of the possibilities.

You guys are worried about smoke, but there was a time when the sewage system in Naco overflowed and spilled over into the United States. That created quite a mess.
