Is there anyone into it? What do you consider extreme cbt? What are your limits?

I am into recieving it and it can get extreemly hard, usually its done with hard multiple stomps or wood clamps

Needles through the testicle with alligator clamps to add electricity to the needle. Followed by boiling water sent through the needle by using a syringe. That is hard core! I teach CBT so don't do that if you still want kids!

An electric urethral sound using a Tens unit set at level 8 is also tough to take. Don't do that for long on level 8 because you will burn the urethral lining. Rather keep it on a lower level and pull it past the positive poll to arc the electricity. That will make anyone scream even on level one!

The rest is just par for the course!

CBT: i love it!

For me I needs to have "Eye contact" associated with the pain. I met with a Mistress years ago in NJ Mistress Heidi who introduced me to needles It was an amazing experience

I like CBT such as c&b tying, sounds, penis plugs penis ginger, tooth paste and the such. I do have a hard limit on ball busting, knife play and needles any where near my junk.

I'd say that anything that veers towards blood is off limits: I've taken some classes and done some needle play, and I'm not bothered by the sight of blood or even by drawing it intentionally, but the idea of making someone's genitals bleed before I've taken more advanced classes on the topic gives me the wiggins.

I've used them as a speed-bag for punching, slapped them, flicked them (very effective), squeezed them, kicked them, used electrical toys on them (*zap*), brought out the humbler, used them as a foot rest, and done some sounding. Extremes I'm tempted towards:

Creams and ointments: I once saw someone get sounded where Icy Hot was used as the sound lube. Not quite sure if I want to go there with it, but I'd definitely want an immediately available reference for counteracting agents.

Castration mind-fucks: I don't want to ruin some of my favorite toys, but I've heard of ways to play with that fear ... for those who have kink for it.

Post-CBT orgasm: I was absolutely delighted when a CBT bottomed managed to orgasm and found the experience mixed with pain.

Prolonged tease and denial: one session went on for about two weeks, with one ruined orgasm. By the time we'd schedule for a real one, his body refused to cooperate. If it had been intentional, I would've laughed my way through the whole scene.
