I don't think Obama could be convicted in an impeachment if he committed murder on nation wide TV.

Without looking and at first blush, I expect the court does not have subject metter jurisdiction.

What would be the point?

A.) His term only has about 18 months left and by the time it actually came to trial it might only be a couple of months at most.

B.) If impeached then Biden would be POTUS......you want that???
