If it is after the fact, then that would be different. I may feel that glow of how sweet he was to do what he did, but I would still hold the position of right and wrong and it would depend on what was done. I don't like grey areas. A lot of things are black and white especially if they go into areas of deception, cheating or if it effects other people and such. Dynamics to me are not just there for play. If he doesn't value our dynamics and relationship and knowingly and willfully does what he knows he shouldn't, especially at our ages, I would have to consider that we might not be a good fit. Even a minor infraction can amount to a big deal. It depends on what it is, how it came about and if I feel he compromised himself, me or us.
