I've been looking for a trainer/dom around Colorado to work with me but have found little interest from doms for pony play. Is it really that rare? Or am I missing them when I look through profiles? I mean pet play is fairly common but is pony play that small of a niche

There's an active pony play scene around the south FL area but I don't know that much about them. I'm sure there are smaller scenes in pretty much any major metro area.

Sorry, I can't help you find a stable. But I share your love of pony play. When I was about 8, I had a buddy, Roy. He was several years younger than me. I always suggested that we play "horsey". You probably have guessed that I was always the " horse". Even at that young age, I loved to feel him on my back. I remember how great it was to feel the warmth of his body and the weight of his body on me. Much later, I loved to get pool games going where you tried to unseat your "foe's shoulder rider".

I was going to provide the same resources DarkSteven did. Colorado has a fairly active pony play community.

This year again at Thunder in the Mountains (as usual) there was a full indoor pony training track of a size large enough to be able to get into a run, with several carts of different types, and a lot of people spending the entire weekend in full on pony gear.

I once rode atop a donkey in Blackpool - south of the wall - they are famed for that, the donkeys, and pink rock - not had me any of that in epochs- the pink rock. and do they still make it Rock (confectionery)

I am aware of no such credible thing nor demand in my lands save a couple or errant souls who will pay for it. But if ever i speak to eg Americans i try and tell them imagine my lands are state size population 5 million, and despite us inventing everything we are but simple haggis farming folks. And i can cite exactly zero credible groups or information...oh those odds again
