Here in the USA there's Molly's Pub. Not only do they serve drinks, beers, and Guinness, but they also put Guinness in there chillie layered over chips and cheese for less than five bucks. It truely is a great place to eat, drink, and be marry.

For that atmosphere, Ryan's Steak House is better.

Here in Md , there are great Irish Pubs. Sean Bolands in BelAir, TirNa Nog at Inner Harbor, or the Cat's Eye in Fells Point , Love the Guinness Cold. Great food too.
