Any one else have issues shaking off admirers who just don't get the hint when you say you aren't interested in what they have to offer? Any one ever have someone threaten them from here? I think I have a crazy on my hands and I'm Not sure what my next step should be to get rid of him.

People get threatened on this website and many others all the time. A virtual threat is pretty much worth the pixels displayed when it's typed, in other words, not much. If this is an online only thing then block the jerk and move on. You will learn you need some tough skin to weed through all the posers, players and asshole people, like every other dating site.

However, if you've given him personal information like your real name, where you live, your phone number, then you have a different problem. Hopefully you haven't been generous with pictures you wouldn't want your boss or family members to see. Fortunately 90% of all stalkers go away if you can ignore them long enough. So start with that. Block him at every possible point of contact.

Stalking is against the law, so if he should morph into a real time stalker, call the police. Don't be embarrassed, they've heard it all before.

Not online since I use the block feature liberally. In person.... a constant annoyance. Right now the next door neighbor sits outside my door and at night wiggles my door knob and tries his keys on it if master doesnt come home. Im debating hiding a camera in the porch rafters so I can get him kicked out.

Me thinks it's time for Master to have a wee chat with this neighbor.

Yes, to the point of getting threatening offline and making fake nicks to stalk me.

Notify them that you'll contact the police if you hear from them again, and then block them.

Buy a motion sensor alarm (easy to get, you can even get cheap ones in the toy section of Walmart-look for spy kits) and rig it to the doorknob or the threshold of the doorway. When he does that, it will send out a noise that will surprise and scare the pee out of him. Might deter further attempts, while providing some amusement as well. Heck, the camera in the rafters would make for fun viewing later!

Voice of experience talking-my kid and I had the 'Tooth Fairy, Easter Bunny, and Santa and the elves" talk a few weeks ago, because he did this to try and trap the Tooth Fairy. Not the first time he has pulled something like this, so I was on to him, but the initial moment of 'wtf' is enough that I didn't want to repeat it.

Have you reported him on here? Block, and report. If it is offline as well, you may need to get the police involved, depending on how serious you think it is. I had a couple of stalkers...one was deterred by simple threats to go to the police, but another required a more aggressive approach. Hope yours is of the former variety.

Id wake up the whole complex if I did that, im trying to get rid of him without and drama.... last neighbor that started this it accumulated in a fight with daddy and the neighbor got kicked out but I'd rather avoid all the hubbub. I have a tiny camera already that's how I thought of that. I prefer to have irrefutable evidence before they get a chance to make a counter move. I just left town for three days and came back and hes still here and he caught me going inside and tries to "introduce himself" by lying about being a friend of the guy I live with... you'd think being taken would keep off the "let me drug you and fuck you" cuttlefish but no cigar.

I'm working another area at the moment and have something I must be there for, but please, if you have trouble, contact support, report the cmails or person and let support in on what is going on and they can advise you.

Gotta run, I will be back though to read rather than skim.

Block, ignore, ignore, ignore. They will go away eventually. Most people overreact to unwanted attention online and, in doing so, aggravate it. No doubt he saw this post and loves that you're continuing to stress about him, which gives him a continued motivation for engaging with you.

It's pretty difficult to be stalked online when all you need to do is hit one button and they're gone, so, I don't really understand. Sorry if I missed a detail.

It's pretty easy to create a sock and get around that block button to hassle someone some more. Also I THINK (cannot confirm, but I think it's happened to me before) if you delete your account and re-create it with the same username, you can contact someone who originally blocked you.

Bottom line, if you're motivated enough, you will find a way to contact someone trying to get away from you.

How do you even know they are stalking after you push the delete, block and ignore buttons? Are they changing nicks? If so report them. If you did not use the delete, block and ignore buttons, it's your fault he is still around. I wouldn't bother complaining to CollarSpace.

If you have respond to him, any response, whether it is negative, polite or rude as hell and humiliating . . . . any response from you at all means you are having a relationship with him. Hell, people pay extra for humiliation and degradation even in the form of rejection. If he pokes and you react or respond, you just became his play toy... and that is your fault for subbing to him not his. Stop giving him what he wants and he will go away.

Yeah ive had someone steal my pics and make a fake account on fet... dont even know how since the pics were private and I never add "friends" I dont know.... it's a guy thats followed me around between accounts for 5 years. Block, new account, block new account..... I dont consider it stalking though since thats online... besides it's kinda flattering that trying to insult me is the sole focus of his life.... and impressive, I look forward to his new messages as a vision of the resilience not showing someone your boobs can inspire.

I had a guy who acted like an ass with the first email. I blocked him. He then created 4 or 5 sock accounts, a new one everytime I blocked him, to keep harassing me.

I don't remember what it was that finally made him give up. But he made a real nuisance of himself for a while.

I have to agree with RS.
It's hard to be stalked when it's so easy not to be stalked.

I wonder how much interaction she is giving him that it lead to threatening discourse and made her feel stalked? I think it was using the word stalking in the title that implies more than one encounter to me. It doesn't seem like you can stalk someone with just one encounter. Like, "I exchanged email with this person and then I never heard from them again" doesn't seem like stalking. How could a single online email exchange go to make it seem like stalking?

"Hi, I like your profile and pictures"

"I'm sorry you're not my type, but thank you anyway."

"Well hells bells, I am going to do X, Y and Z bad things to you and stalk you".

.......... I hope she attends her thread. I am curious as to what actually happened.
