Today, thanks to Zero Hedge contributor 4closurefraud.org, who over the weekend noticed a critical filing in the case of Cynthia Carrsow-Franklin vs Wells Fargo, we find something stunning: in his 30-page decision (attached below), Drain accused Wells of forging, and explicitly used the word "forged", not once, not twice, but a whopping 22 times in his opinion!


The Debtor also objected to the admission of certain other proposed exhibits printed from Wells Fargo’s computer file for the loan at issue, which Wells Fargo offered as business records under Fed. R. Evid. 803(6).

... It constitutes substantial evidence that Wells Fargo’s administrative group responsible for the documentary aspects of enforcing defaulted loan documents created new mortgage assignments and forged indorsements when it was determined by outside counsel that they were required to enforce loans. Given that evidence, Wells Fargo should have the burden to establish the bona fides of the blank ABN Amro indorsement...

...Because Wells Fargo does not rely on the Assignment of Mortgage to prove its claim, the foregoing evidence is helpful to the Debtor only indirectly, insofar as it goes to show that the blank indorsement, upon which Wells Fargo is relying, was forged. Nevertheless it does show a general willingness and practice on Wells Fargo’s part to create documentary evidence, after-the-fact, when enforcing its claims, WHICH IS EXTRAORDINARY. <---That part is a lie, its SOP

oh ffs.. quite obviously the Judge was on drugs or something cuz he was so wrong.. Wells Fargo is one of Oracle Warren Buffets banks!!! he is the billionaire of the people.. the 1%er that complained he didnt pay enough tax (while using every loophole he could) and who said he paid less tax than his poor secretary.. geeze.. Obama (Warren's best bud) must have a talk with this Judge and/or get him thrown off the bench and reverse this so obviously wrong judgment.. I just dont know what to say... I am just so beside myself that America's rich dude hero would have one of his corps/banks be treated this way.. after everything he has done for America and his fellow Americans.. (I am joking, of course)

Ya know, people would slam me when i criticized Buffet but he is as sleazy & greedy as he is rich, he doesnt care what his managers do as long as they make him more money... here is another one of his sleazy lying cheating stealing corporations.. Clayton Homes, another predatory lender.. and here I thought Obama and the govt ended predatory lending.. obviously not for his best buddy Warren..

If you read the transcript it shows the "expert" didn't know much.

Looks to me like its just denial and lack understanding how the economy works.

These groups are very real, as you said even George washington mentioned them, and since then they merely went underground and since they are the .1% now days operate completely behind the scenes now that they have enough wealth to buy not only armies but whole countries. Some people simply cannot wrap their minds around anything that they cant physically touch.

Not sure if Id call it confidence, american ignorance maybe.

The problem is where the hell is the attorney general, and why isnt a suit being filed against these criminal banks? Thats the problems, same goes with attorneys in court, they lie there asses off in court now days and rarely get sanctioned. Its the judges too. they do nothing to police their own until its so bad and grossly out of line that they would end up fired from the cozy >100K/yr jobs.

Nothing is going to happen until people start complaining, they dont seem to grasp the importance, and its not just wells fargo its ALL of them in the finance cabal.

thats the whole problem in a nushell, even the highest levels of the gubmint (police), put into office presumably exist to complete the checks and balances of our alleged government and they are ALL in violation of their oaths of trust to the constitution contract.

We the people are excluded from the process especially on the national level.

Oh but we get to vote! WOOHOO! We get to vote one group out and the next group is equally as corrupt as the previous group, political party not with standing.

In this case while I sympathize that they will be slaughtered like every other official who went up against the criminal bankster cabal, lincoln, kennedy, jackson (but they missed), and yes even hitler betrayed the banksters. They were all dead or set up to be die.

Look at the arizona judge by that phautner or whatever his name was. The news insured the focus was on the senator, not the judge who was about to rule on a landmark financial case that would have caused intense pain to the criminal cabal. These people are outside the law, get away with it insuring they can continue to rape nations of their wealth. No surprise we had chinese subs off the california shores playing war games AFTER these banks under the protection of the US fucked them. (and got caught)

Wanna know who the president(s), senators, legislators of this country really are? Who owns the banking industry.
