I'm just patiently waiting for the results of all the investigation. What was in those emails. Hillary claims it's all just boring stuffs, like, "I ran out of printer ink!"

I like Hillary, and I hope she's not lying about what's in them.

bounty44 -> RE: Hillary Probed (10/8/2015 5:54:10 AM)

she's already lied about so many things...so it wouldn't be the least bit surprising to see that being the case here when it comes to the content of the emails she had deleted.

KenDckey -> RE: Hillary Probed (10/8/2015 7:38:16 AM)

I think Hilary's death throws will come right before the primary when the FBI will charge her. I think the timing will be politically motivated by Obama or the Administration. I think the final report from the select comittee will come shortly thereafter. My conjecture.

mnottertail -> RE: Hillary Probed (10/8/2015 7:42:51 AM)

When do you think the death throes of the clowncar, and Gowdy et al will come?

Lucylastic -> RE: Hillary Probed (10/8/2015 7:55:24 AM)

Its no wonder people are full of conspiracy theories, they are too dumb to see truth.

mnottertail -> RE: Hillary Probed (10/8/2015 7:57:12 AM)

If any of these conspiracies could be true, wouldn't the people on this board already have overtaken the internet?

~FR~

At the rate things are going, the emails may not matter.

MSNBC Cut Parts Of Hillary Focus Group That Were ‘Too Negative’

MSNBC’s “Morning Joe” cut portions of an on-camera focus group that it considered “too negative” for Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton, co-host Joe Scarborough admitted Wednesday. Halperin, Bloomberg Politics managing editor, said that once one of the voters brought up Clinton’s “personality issue,” other attendees said that “she’s polarizing and there’s aspects of her personality that they think men in particular won’t like... We actually cut a good bit in there out that was even more negative of Hillary because we thought it was actually too negative and didn’t like some of the connotations there,” Scarborough said.

How negative is "too negative"?

New Hampshire Focus Group Thinks Hillary Is An ‘Off Putting,’ ‘Condescending,’ ‘Bitch’

Halperin asked the group if Hillary Clinton’s personality could “hurt” her in the election and every single person in the room raised their hand.

bounty44 -> RE: Hillary Probed (10/9/2015 5:58:00 AM)

the great irony there is that even though her favorability numbers are way underwater, a majority of americans believe she's lying about recent events, and judge her as untrustworthy, a large number of those people will still vote for her.

I suspect that's an awful lot of what is tempting joe biden towards running. I cannot help but think that as soon as (if) he enters, her polling numbers will take another hit.

"Where Will the Classified Info Spilled by Hillary Clinton Turn Up Next?"

quote:

An explosive new report suggests that former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton or her team may have instructed tech companies involved with managing and storing her emails to delete some records after she was told to turn them over to the State Department, which needed to comply with documents requests made by the Select Committee on Benghazi....

quote:

The FBI agents investigating Hillary Clinton’s potential violations of the Espionage Act with her private email server were “angered” by President Obama’s attempt to defend her on national television, the New York Times reports:

“I don’t think it posed a national security problem,” Mr. Obama said Sunday on CBS’s “60 Minutes.” He said it was a mistake for Mrs. Clinton to use a private email account when she was secretary of state, but his conclusion was unmistakable: “This is not a situation in which America’s national security was endangered.”

Those statements angered F.B.I. agents who have been working for months to determine whether Ms. Clinton’s email setup had in fact put any of the nation’s secrets at risk, according to current and former law enforcement officials.

Investigators have not reached any conclusions about whether the information on the server had been compromised or whether to recommend charges, according to the law enforcement officials. But to investigators, it sounded as if Mr. Obama had already decided the answers to their questions and cleared anyone involved of wrongdoing.

The White House quickly backed off the president’s remarks and said Mr. Obama was not trying to influence the investigation. But his comments spread quickly, raising the ire of officials who saw an instance of the president trying to influence the outcome of a continuing investigation — and not for the first time...

As former FBI official Ron Hosko told the New York Times, “Injecting politics into what is supposed to be a fact-finding inquiry leaves a foul taste in the F.B.I.’s mouth and makes them fear that no matter what they find, the Justice Department will take the president’s signal and not bring a case.”...

A former FBI agent, who is not involved in the case, said the inconsistent release of emails, with new documents coming to light from outside accounts, such as that of adviser Sidney Blumenthal, could constitute obstruction. In addition, Clinton’s March statement that there was no classified material on her private server has proven false, after more than 400 emails containing classified information were documented.

"Source: FBI probe of Clinton email focused on ‘gross negligence’ provision"

quote:

Three months after Hillary Clinton’s use of a private email address and server while secretary of state was referred to the FBI, an intelligence source familiar with the investigation tells Fox News that the team is now focused on whether there were violations of an Espionage Act subsection pertaining to "gross negligence" in the safekeeping of national defense information.

Under 18 USC 793 subsection F, the information does not have to be classified to count as a violation. The intelligence source, who spoke on the condition of anonymity citing the sensitivity of the ongoing probe, said the subsection requires the "lawful possession" of national defense information by a security clearance holder who "through gross negligence," such as the use of an unsecure computer network, permits the material to be removed or abstracted from its proper, secure location.

Subsection F also requires the clearance holder "to make prompt report of such loss, theft, abstraction, or destruction to his superior officer. "A failure to do so "shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both."

The source said investigators are also focused on possible obstruction of justice. "If someone knows there is an ongoing investigation and takes action to impede an investigation, for example destruction of documents or threatening of witnesses, that could be a separate charge but still remain under a single case," the source said. Currently, the ongoing investigation is led by the Washington Field Office of the FBI...

One of Clinton's primary defenses is that the emails containing classified information, did not carry classification markings, but a leading national security defense attorney says that is no excuse under the law.

“The fact that something's not marked or that the person may not know that it was classified would not be relevant at all in a prosecution under the Espionage Act,” defense attorney Edward MacMahon Jr. recently told Fox.

How the Story of Hillary Clinton’s Emails Has Changed

and that's all to say the least...

dare i say integrity only seems to matter when its the left criticizing the right?

mnottertail -> RE: Hillary Probed (10/23/2015 7:02:27 AM)

Wow, a quote and then someone somewhere reported, none of it inconsistent. Its like a smoking uh, not much of nothing there.

Lucylastic -> RE: Hillary Probed (10/23/2015 7:49:34 AM)

Why no benghazi committe posts?

tweakabelle -> RE: Hillary Probed (10/23/2015 8:01:54 AM)

I saw a bit of Gowdy live on TV today for the first time. I was struck by his strange delivery, the odd way he held his head, and gazed into the middle distance as he was speaking.

Then I realised that he was doing everything possible to avoid eye contact with Hilary who was sitting directly in front of him.

hot4bondage -> RE: Hillary Probed (10/23/2015 8:07:59 AM)

Maybe everyone thinks it's obvious that their side won. Plenty of headlines today declaring one sort of victory or another.

Personally, I think her correspondence with her daughter and the president of Egypt on 9/12 made it clear that the administration knew within hours that the video wasn't to blame and the attack wasn't spontaneous. They misled us to save face just before an election. Case closed, right? [:D]

bounty44 -> RE: Hillary Probed (10/23/2015 8:21:49 AM)

i think what you just wrote there hot4 is good insight into her character. she knew the truth, and not only lied to the American viewing audience, but to the families of the victims.

but as to you first sentence---what the comrades on the board here don't seem to realize is, the bengahzi committee was not/is not investigating Hillary, they are investigating Benghazi. in that sense then, its more or less about information gathering and there are no "victories."
