You're in Europe where kinky people abound! Get yourself to a munch where you will have the opportunity to meet people in person. You will also have the opportunity to volunteer your time to the host/hostess thereby showing your willingness to be of general service. This also gives you the chance to show off your people's skills, or conversational ability, etc. There are so many male subs here, and so many wannabe dommes (not to mention outright scammers), that I don't think you have much of a chance of finding someone here unless you are very patient and very lucky.

Certainly a person is sub because 'this is its nature or because' his life path led him to this. But 'a sub dued without a master who is submissive? The submissive finds his happiness' when it belongs to a master.
