i think "class clown" isn't an appropriate moniker kirata because it carries a sense of affectionate playfulness which comrade bird brain most definitely does not enjoy here.

however, despite being linked to a particular clown, your past use of "bozo" works well.

Whatever the argument is, surely the fact that the source is The Washington Times makes it all a bit moot.

Except that the source for the story is not The Washington Times. Its coverage was just a reprise of reporting by CBS News, the Los Angeles Times, and 89.3 KPCC. The hidden clues to this possibly obscure fact can be found buried in subtle phrases like, "a local CBS affiliate reported," "CBS reported," "the Los Angeles Times reported," "KPCC reported," etc., with the accompanying links concealed behind pretty colored letters. Yes, I know. Tricky shit, eh?

Oh, because it states somewhere that 'X' is true, so therefore 'X' must be true? If that was true, than the whole birther and truther issues from 2008 would have died off in the first three weeks among conservatives.....

....Yet we still have them today!

Because I made the argument that you either skipped over or didn't read.....

If what this 'journalist' stated is true, why has law enforcement not picked up either individual for questioning? Doesn't that sound....a bit....unusual? Given that these two would be in a building that is right next to the police station? This doesn't strike as just....a little....odd?

Where is the evidence?

That's the question. Conservative media rushed to push the story without showing the evidence. They are accusing two individuals of something without evidence. Do you not understand this basic concept?

When have you known me....NOT....to read an article for discussion? That should have been your first understanding. The second, is that I would have looked up the links from the article itself. The third, that I would look else where to see what other sites say about the subject matter. That I stated most conservative sites used the same bullshit without presenting evidence, while none of the liberal/moderate sites had a piece. That should have clued you in that I performed step number three in the process. Which therefore means I followed step one and two.

You would have known that, had you been following along instead of trying to think of someway to insult me. Because in trying to think of 'that one insult', you actually insulted yourself. I'm just going to point it out to you now (everyone else knows it even before the previous sentence): Your a moron!

Well it's conservative now. Better make a note. No more links to the LA Times!

Since these guys owe their alligence to another country (which one or one's not being relevant) will they be following the will of their country or ours? Yes, these are low level political appointments, but those have a tendency to get bigger over time for those appointed. And since ICE is now aware of their presence, will they haul them away (probably not)?

From your link:
quote:

"Councilman Jhonny Pineda appointed Francisco Medina to the health and education commission and Julian Zatarain to the parks and recreation commission, a local CBS affiliate reported."

How would one have conflicted allegiances over parks and recreation or health and education?

quote:

The advisory positions Mr. Medina and Mr. Zatarain would fill are unpaid, and the men would not have a direct hand in policymaking, CBS reported.

Cities all over the U.S. have unpaid advisory positions within their governmental structure.

If either was here illegally, why hasn't the government (i.e. law enforcement) carted them off to the local jail by now?

Because it is California. One of those sanctuary cities that used to brag about being one, but whom you claim don't exist.

Perhaps because some police will prefer to arrest felons rather than misdemeanors. It is just good police work.
