It's really about facts and not what people "like" or "dislike." A District Court makes a finding of facts and then those can be reviewed by appellate courts. Citizens United as a Supreme Court case is not about facts, its about law. Everyone can disagree about about whether Corporations are people or if money is speech, but no one can disagree about turning away over a half million Texans at the voter booth b/c in the past decade 10,000,000 (ten million) votes were cast resulting in two (2) instances of voter impersonation. Here, the facts speak for themselves, LOUDLY. In a bi polar universe of "good" and "bad" -- someone like Sanity has to run from facts because they represent a kind of defeat for him and his ideals. Its comic and sad.
