In her complaint to the Commissioner of Public Safety, Minati Roychoudhuri, who teaches at a local community college, claimed:
The policeman asked me if I could speak English and if I knew why he had stopped me. I said, "yes" to speaking English and "no" to why he had stopped me... His asking if I could speak English shows that he had racially profiled me and was not able to give me a concrete reason for stopping me. ~Source
Except that he didn't ask her if she could speak English, and did tell her why she was stopped. But here's the best part:
Minati Roychoudhuri was charged Tuesday with one count of making a making a false statement to police in the second-degree, according to state police. Roychoudhuri was released on a $1,000 non-surety bond and has a court date of Aug. 14 in Hartford Superior Court on the charge. ~Source

Nah, the best part by far is this little snippet from the letter she wrote to the Commissioner of Public Safety:

...I am a Professor in English at Capital Community College, I teach about diversity and the negative impact of racial profiling, I have now become a target of the same insidious behavior! It is easy to connect the dots with the nationwide racial profiling which has led to serious consequences.
