WestSwitzMunch -> Cannot Log In to Forums (8/11/2015 11:36:03 PM)

I am unable to log in to these forums using my main account (this one is used purely to advertise the munch).
When I click "Message Boards" on the other side, I should be auto logged in, but I am not. If I try the Login option on this side, I am told my password is incorrect (it isn't).
I've contacted support via the support link on the other side and also PMd moderators, but I've not had any response.
I'm pretty sure the problem is server side as it only affects my main account and not this one, nor my slave's account. I have tried in 4 different browsers from 3 separate locations.
Can anyone here offer any suggestions? Has anyone had a similar problem in the past?
