I may not always agree with Hillary and I have questioned her ability to be tough... well in THIS instance she was reading my mind and I respect her a little more. She wanted this meeting to be recorded but the Black Lives Matter representatives would not allow it... YET they recorded it... typical.

She told them like it is knowing it could mean votes and I like that in her... She made sense and I just hope they listened and at least considered her words.

We actually get to see the Diplomat Clinton here! The organization she is speaking to is a tough one. They are trying to push an ideology that is not likely to be receptive to most Americans (even the liberal ones). Being combative, aggressive, and even borderline insulting is not how one changes public policy, government rules, or people's minds. The Tea Party has been trying this for years now and really has not made much headway in a decade.

I suspect Mrs. Clinton wanted to air it and give this group a public forum. None of the people on the GOP/TP would dare to do something like this (most especially Trump). And this 'Black Lives Matter' group wanted it private in the event they thought Mrs. Clinton out flanked and made them look like fools. I myself am have not settled on this organization. They sometimes have good points, but very bad ways of pushing that forward. Mrs. Clinton is right in that if this organization can not package their message, they will never sell it and therefore, it will remain on the metaphorical shelf.

There was apparently some confusion before the meeting, about the protesters not wanting a photo op which was understood as not wanting media involved.

Slavery is the original sin?

And everyone but blacks are referred to as "us sinners"?

Sorry. That is a fail in my book.

Ya gotta just LOVE the smarmy smirk on Clinton's face as well.

I will say that I did like the fact that she stood up to them.
