I make a mean Creme Brulee.

The recipe is easy as pie. Caramelizing the sugar? Not so much.

Totally worth it though.

Ooh, I may actually do that next time. I was using a brulee torch and while that works, refilling it is a bitch. This sounds much easier.

I suppose I could demand a Creme Brulee from one of the "no limit slaves" currently in my mail inbox, but it is probably very difficult for them to make a good dessert while one of their hands is actively occupied.

I haven't made creme brulee for ages, and it's really easy to get the brulee under the grill with even heat, but I have made both cheese, and sweet scones this week. had the sweet scones with home made strawberry preserve, and cream too :-)
