Now that the Mods have upped sticks, the more disreputable members of the board are gathering somewhere readying for an attack.

That's actually the feeling I am experiencing. How far can we fly on autopilot before people start freaking out either from fear or just because they can? How long before people start taking it upon themselves to police the forum and telling people what to do? How long before we run out of gas and just nose-dive into a mountain? Or will we go quietly into the night (over the ocean and disappear into he water, I am imagining).

Or maybe this is like the children's book where the teacher, Mrs. Nelson, disappears and the kids have a 'substitute' who is really mean. Except instead of a sub, we are left to our own devices and therefore get to see the anarchy that could ensue without proper behavior, so when they return we are grateful and will stop arguing among ourselves? LOL

We could have lots of fun with this!

Excuse me but, as I do not follow the forums here I would not know: Is it that unusual for all the moderators to be gone for 14 days?

Maybe they are all catching some vacation time ?

Perhaps they went on a Moderator Retreat ?

Perhaps they are so weary with all of the technical issues that have yet to be resolved (site's still slow, numerous problems with photos from attaching to emails, to reporting scammer photos, etc. etc.) that they need to keep away from a while to preserve sanity, as (hopefully) tech support keeps on trying to fix these and other issues ?

To be accurate, there is still a VideoAdmin currently active. But yes, 1 day absent is unusual much less 14 days. It usually takes a crew of 3 or more to keep the forums in good condition. The owner doesn't want exposure to hosting illegal activities so the forums and profiles must be moderated constantly.

You're welcome.

CollarSpace has been having lag issues for quite a while, especially with picture loading. They turned off the picture grid about a month ago and that cleaned up the lag issue . . . until last week when things started going south again.

Has anyone talked to support... are they still with us?

Yes. I got a letter in the mail from Support today that said they took care of a profile I reported. (Someone had been advertising to sell, and I can't remember for how many euros they listed, an 18 year old female slave.)
