Abortion is legal. denying women access to PP is against MANY state medicaid rules.
WHy do you want to force women who cant afford insurance, or a safe legal abortion, to give birth ?
It offends your sensibilities fine, what gives you the right to be able to make a decision for the rest of a womans life, and the resulting child.
Shutting down PP or any health care for women AND men, is going to result in more pregnancy.... more sick poor women.
Especially when you dont want to deal with the problems that happen once they are out of the womb.

OK so ACA solved that problem. Now they are all required to be insured for it. And makes no difference to me who signed it. You have yet explain the compelling governmental reason to continue to provide funds to this not for profit.

The ACA does not guarantee access to abortion, except in the cases of rape and incest, and access to prescription birth control is questionable at this point, with the Hobby Lobby decision.

The ACA may well end the need for Title X programs of all types in the next decade, but it hasn't yet.
