If it's just the same stuff over and over, I don't blame them one bit. If it's new information, then, they are ignoring the news, which is also their prerogative.

The policy was created during the George W. Bush administration via Secretary of State, Collin Powell. Mr. Powell was trying to 'update' the White House to use technology in more useful ways. The problem is that this policy has not been updated to the same speed as the technology/knowledge base it was created to handle. Hence, why there are people accusing Mrs. Clinton of stuff she did/didn't do by suggesting it has to be illegal. Since if there was a legal policy in place that she broken, federal agents would have arrested her by now. The prosecution does not have enough evidence to convict on a crime that was not in place, because the policy is out dated. Why was it not updated during the course of the Obama administration? I have no idea. I don't think it was for being evil or error. More likely it was a low priority on the list. The current administration has had a few hundred 'top priorities' since 2008.

Perhaps we should demand Congress to create such policy? Oh wait, forgot. They are to busy doing 'Nothing Useful' for America already. We'll have to wait until 2016 at the minimum for something useful to happen.....

This issue isn't going away. If there is nothing to see here as Hillary and her supporters say, someone should tell the FBI.

An it shouldn't go away. The policy, not Mrs. Clinton. The policy should be updated and kept updated throughout each year. To tie it to legal repercussions would take action by Congress. That is tough to do already. Now try to have the current Congress update policy every few weeks....

If you think Mrs. Clinton is guilty of something, then simply state it so. Then. You are required to give the burden of evidence to 'prove beyond a shadow of doubt' that she is guilty. You do forget she does have a 5th and 6th amendment rights here! Unlike you, the law enforcement and judicial minds in our nation understand that they can only investigate. They can not prosecute unless they think the evidence they have will work in court. Hasn't happened yet.

The only people pushing the courts and law enforcement to do something, are the ones that politically oppose Mrs. Clinton. That's right, your politically motivated and with agenda. That undermines your argument in a major way! Since it is known, none of the GOP/TP candidates (even Mr. Trump) has a snowball's chance of hell in being elected President.

It doesn't matter if I think she is guilty. The FBI is now investigating this. If she would plead the 5th, that's also fine with me. She does have that right.

true words servant. I have a belief that I can't positively prove. So I can't say for sure she should be put under the jail or not. but if she pleads the 5th or pleads out, that is all good with me.

She doesn't even have to plead the 5th. In fact, she doesn't have to say or do anything at all (she can authorize her lawyers do that in court). That is the purpose of one section in the 5th amendment. Since many people assume "Someone whom is pleading the 5th....MUST BE....guilty of something, right?". That's basically undermining the process of our form of laws, government and justice. A person, regardless of how much they are reviled, are considered innocent until proven guilty in a court of line.

So all the speech language that she is guilty of....something....is from conservatives and libertarians. They want her 'out of the way', because she beats down....*ALL*....the Republican and Tea Party candidates in poll after poll. But wide margins in many cases. Even if its Clinton verse Trump, the nation will still vote for Mrs. Clinton.

The ones claiming she is guilty, are, ALSO, the ones that would vote against her in a national election. Therefore they are politically....NOT....legally motivated in seeing her charged and jailed. And that undermines their ability to be taken seriously. If these people are willing to throw out legal protections and laws, just to gain a political advantage; what else could they be motivated to do that destroys other protections and laws we US Citizens enjoy? Maybe we should put these people under the same level of scrutiny we do Mrs. Clinton. See how many of them crack under 1/100th as much strain and stress.

Why should she plead the 5th to a charge that has not been given to her in a court of law as of yet?

During an investigation of possible criminal wrong doing, she (or her lawyer) could plead the fifth. This means that for investigators to prove wrong doing, two things have to happen:

A ) Is there an actual law that is broken and how could it be broken?
B ) Is there evidence supporting the idea that Mrs. Clinton may or has, broken one or more laws.

Recall these policies were put it place by Secretary of State Collin Powell during the George W. Bush Administration. And he has even suggested doing the same stuff Mrs. Clinton is being accused of. Yet, where is all the arguments and anger by conservatives and libertarians over a fellow Republican possibility doing wrong?

I could drop a pin in that room and hear the sound from 100 miles away!

THAT, is how 'full of shit' the right wing is, on this topic. If your not going to hold Republicans and Tea Party to whom you elected to office to being accountable and responsible with power; why should anyone take you seriously when it happens in the Democratic Party?

Because we all know its politically motivated bullshit. Mrs. Clinton beats....ALL...your candidates...hands down....in every poll to date. In most cases by a wide majority. Dare I say....landslide win. So it is not hard to guess at the political motivations you and others have, given your political viewpoints to date with regards to Mrs. Clinton, President Obama and Democrats, to attack them....In ANY WAY POSSIBLE. That's the concept of 'The Ends Justify the Means'. It never works, and often causes...MORE..damage to your political party (and this nation). So why do it? Because you can't think on alternatives. Nor listen to those liberals whom can suggest many times your suggestions...

Two ignorant fools making funny noises with their mouth...thank you no.
Something said about Theodore Roosevelt might well apply here....

I manage a bar and am there during the day. My patrons request that the TV is off along with the music and I oblige. We are working on a no cell phone policy but are running into some resistance. We will be taking a vote in a week or so. I, myself make 1 call per week on my cell and maybe get 2 incoming.
