They had none... all his statements were proven true by witnesses and the physical evidence. He was totally blameless or the report would have recommended prosecution or dismissal. I believe I would have handled it differently.. Most I'm sure think they would have handled it differently....I would say with hindsight he wishes he had handled it differently...But we only have hindsight... not a large man charging us after trying to take away our weapon. There is plenty in the report to blame the police and the judicial system in Ferguson for...But... the Brown killing though tragic was not one of them.... But... the little punk who lied is ass off and half destroyed his city did do some good... He brought people together with the will to voice their frustration and bring about needed change Butch

From what I have heard recently, (there was an episode on pbs and available on line)he has rx a fair amount of money from his well wishers and has bought a house and some toys. There is also a wrongful death suit pending and if 'oj" is any indication of how things may go his nice crib in the burbs and his toys may belong to someone else when it is over. Since you are somewhat aware of the two doj reports you have acknowledged the illegal police practices in ferguson. Do you think it is possible that this punkassmotherfucker intentionally escalated the level of violence until he was "justified" in "popin' a cap in this 'thug'"?

I really don't... as far as I've heard he had no past record of abuse of his badge... I think he was surprised by the reaction of the Brown and when the kid tried to get his gun he was shook up and the adrenaline effected his decision making. Otherwise i think he was scared shitless when Brown decided to charge him. I believe he was in fear of his life... he was afraid if Brown got to him he would be fighting with a much larger man and could loose the battle... so... he killed him. In other threads many discussed what he should have done...me too... but we talk in hindsight. I still think I would have done things differently and like i said if Wilson had had more time to think I believe he would have too. Butch One correction, Brown had already demonstrated not that Wilson could lose the fight but most likely would lose the fight.
