START voting for people who can do the job.

I said you gave the same example, except when you gave the example you did not post any of the modifying statements of the DOJ. Thus leaving the reader with nothing with which to interpret your statment. Now when told upright the exact criteria you protest that you never meant race was the criteria. What then is the unnoted criteria that you feel contribute to the disparity?
