The answer is apparent when you click that poster's name.
In her brief time here she has made 24 posts, and only 2 of those are still visible.
In those 2 posts an admin-type person had to delete disallowed information.
So, my guess is she has been determined by TPTB to be slow at following the TOS and to avoid having to clean all of her threads they have decided to do this instead.
(Once upon a time, before the previous era of blanket banning [A A] was commonplace.)
