A profound image from Isaac Condal. Originally the artist thought this would help express the demanding of local campaigns in the area. Yet, the audience interpreted it to mean "Politicians debating about Climate Change" SOURCE 1

I look at the image and it says to me "This is how Republicans and Tea Partiers deny Climate Change; to ignore its existence even after the process has gotten bad for America". Even if they were drowning, they would STILL deny the scientific understandings. No excuses they and their supports can muster can dodge, evade, or even challenge the understandings of science.

Because the GOP/TP are composed of two groups of individuals:

A ) The Ignorant and Uneducated.
B ) Those Profiting off the Tragedies of Our Time.

If your against the Theory of Climate Change and your not 'rolling in the money to your bank account', your part of group A.

I know trying to explain this stuff is a lost cause on group A, but try, try try, I will. Let's start with The Basics. Then move up to The Next Level. After which we can observe The Change of Temperatures on a Global Scale thanks to NASA. And listen to the actual scientists.

If the ice and snow were to melt from Greenland, the oceans of the world would rise about twenty feet. From observing the video in "The Basics", how much more damage could be created with an additional 20 feet of water for hurricanes to draw power from? The Himalayas could add as much as 60 feet. Now we are working with 80 feet (given that Greenland is at a much lower altitude then the Himalayas). How damaging and powerful (not to mention reach) will those storms become?

Likewise, as the water rises, it removes land area for which all land based creatures (including humans) exist upon. What happens? Those creatures move inland. Condensing with all those creatures already existing in those areas. Now we have less space for everything. Meanwhile the middle parts of the nation (for the USA) become more arid and with less clean water being close by (think Southern California's problems on a national level as it relates to fresh water issues).

But we haven't gotten to the interesting stuff yet....

All this time, we are adding more humans to the planet. Right now there is 'alittle' over 7.2 Billion humans. And that number is rising. On July 4, 2015 the USA population was 321,216,397. As of this writing (9/20/15 @ 1:58PM) its 321, 787, 396. We have added 570,099 humans in that time. Barring a serious natural or man-made disaster (i.e. nuclear strikes, releasing Ebola on the world, etc...), how big will the population be in just ten years?

So we have Climate Change taking place. Verified, tested, and retested by many hundreds of thousands of scientists whom have studied their work for years if not decades. There exists more of an understanding of not just this concept but its effects, then all the information currently known about the three major religions on this planet.....COMBINED! What do the humans do, when there is less of something that people feel they need to not just survive, but grow? WAR. Yes, people will fight each other over scraps that shrink with every passing day and year; rather than work together to find solutions to problems. This is what the deniers unwittingly want for not just America but for the rest of the world.

We've had this thread topic come up many times over the years. Each time it is the same. The educated side with Science, the ignorant side with those profiting off their pain and suffering, never knowing they are made fools in the process. The evidence is undeniable. Climate Change is taking place. Mankind has created this problem. And we should do many things about it. Those deniers should be placed on land masses that are only a few feet above sea level. Like some of the islands in the Philippines. If Climate Change is just a hoax, they should have nothing to worry about, right?

Why do we give the deniers a 'say' in our politics? They clearly have nothing productive to give to the discussions. Nor seem to care what happens to the nation in the short or long term. They don't seem to care about anyone beyond themselves. They want to see war on our own soil so badly! They dont want to think beyond fifteen to twenty years since most of them will be dead from old age.

But they know it, and realize it. The scientists are correct once more. The Theory of Climate Change is not 'just a guess' but a sound understanding (or as things are 'sound' when a scientific theory are understood) of information currently known to mankind. An that we should follow their recommendations given the situation and information known.

You sir: are an annoying little phoque who is not nearly as smart as you think you are. People like  you, who think you know it all are especially annoying to those of us who do.

An this relates to the topic....how?

Try talking on topic. That way you don't look like a total idiot!

That you could not challenge any one part tells me I know more about the subject than you do. You do not even know where to begin to challenge it. Let me tell you, being a good sport: LEARN SCIENCE! Of course, once you start learning actual science and not conservative 'science', you'll find more and more those scientists are correct given the evidence so far collected and examined.

you're an amazingly pompous and ignorant pretender and its a shame you cannot seem to digest that...

and you want people to treat you seriously? or do you just enjoy playing a fool?

That may be a tad harsh...I would be the first to agree that some will overstate the case to add a little momentum to their post. If he/you would loose the partisan crap and the preachy crap(a little goes a long way)the only problem would be the lack of depth to his/your research(as in searching only that which substantiates ones position)...I am trying for a "bogo" here but, upon occasion, you have given me cause for pause  I am a cynnical optimist I am hoping for a  "twofer".

Hey look everyone...ANOTHER...denier! That's right, rather than push a real argument, he tries to belittle and attack the messenger. What's wrong, bounty? Lack any intellectual ability to challenge me head on?

You will never treat me seriously because you lack the ability to be serious in the first place. Its like experience. You have to have it, before you can use it! The people that would treat me serious, already agree with me on the topic. They are studied individuals with more degrees in Science then you have useful bits in your skull!

The fool here, is you, bounty. You do not have enough of an education nor mass of IQ to even understand the depth of your silly remakes. Physically your an adult, but I seriously question whether you are mentally and/or emotional over the age of 14.

By all means, BRING IT BITCH!

Since every thread on Climate Change has shown two things:

A ) Climate Change is taking place
B ) The Deniers do not understand the basics of science.

Since if the the Theory of Climate Change is not correct; being "...objective, [with] wisdom, or even decency.", explain to me how the Internet operates? Without using science. An prove it! Since the underlying concepts of The Internet are the same ones used in the Theory of Climate Change. If Climate Change is a hoax, then the Internet should not be able to operate. Since the Internet operates, that does lend quite a bit of evidence that the Theory of Climate Change's evidence is....ALSO....correct!

Come on bitch-boy, bring on your 'evidence'. Its failed in the past each time, so I have no reason to think you'll succeed again. An each time, your 'arguments' were full of immature bullshit; so I am very confident, based on observations, that will not change either.

You and I both know you do not have a realistic argument. You just want to attack for a political agenda. An that makes you just a 'yes' man, bounty. Nothing more. So yes Mr. 'Yes-Man', bring your 'evidence', bitch!

BULLSHIT! The ONLY people within the United States of American whom have problems with the Theory of Climate Change, are those voting GOP/TP. If it was not partisan, you would have evidence that shows an equally high number of Democrats have problems with the Theory of Climate Change. And they don't. Since many Democrats are both liberal and work as scientists in their day jobs! Therefore, you pushing a partisan ideology. Nice try.....

Independently observed, your still a moron on science! My social-political world is better than yours any day of the week and twice on Sunday! Again, can you be on topic? Like a civilized adult? Since this quote of yours, tries to convey that? If that is true, you should EASILY be able to stay on topic, like a mature adult going forward.

But we all know your ability to be a 'civilized and mature adult' on this and other topics is just pure BULLSHIT!

It should but you let your imaginary friend intrude way too much just as he lets horatio alger intrude his opinions.  Yeah, I know, he has not read it but has heard about it and makes reference to what he thinks it says. Not unlike the "eye for an eye" gang who do not understand what that means either.

I don't know if I could make it that far. You know how it is for us southerners...the minute I cross that state line someone is going to see me in my cut off jeans and bare feet, riding around in my jacked up pickup truck with the gun racks on the back window and the confederate flag flying from a flagpole mounted in the bed, David Allan Coe blaring from the radio...and think that I must be some sort of redneck racist gun nut.

Nope, you'd have to come here for that. Get you some southern hospitality!

Yeap, not one person can challenge the theory. Or is it the conservative media hasn't told you how to think on the current understanding of information, that has you so hesitate to discuss? Since it seems the only time any of you actually 'talk' about a subject material, I can find fifteen conservative sites saying the SAME DAMN SHIT. Meaning, you are regurgitating stuff from them. What happened to conservatives whom could think for themselves?

Welll... that was kinda what I was hinting at...you see my passport expired decades ago and I have a little history south of the "parallel". Granted it was a long time ago but still it probably is not a good idea to poke even dried dog shit with a stick.
