MrRodgers -> The NWO just got ratified at the UN...ready ? (9/28/2015 2:07:28 PM)

HERE

Some high (low) lights:

*The UN document, formally entitled “Transforming our World: the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development,” was adopted on Friday, September 25, at the start of the UN's three-day Summit on Sustainable Development in New York. Speaking at the opening ceremony of the confab, UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon hinted at just how far-reaching the plot really is. “The new agenda is a promise by leaders to all people everywhere,” he explained, presumably conflating “leaders” with mass-murdering gangsters such as Kim Jong Un, Raul Castro, and Robert Mugabe who somehow managed to seize control over entire nations. “It is a universal, integrated and transformative vision for a better world.”

*Every one of the 193 UN member governments on the planet — from communist and Islamist dictatorships to those ruling what remains of the “Free World” — vowed to help impose the UN's controversial goals on their subjects.

*That the UN Agenda 2030's 17 so-called “Sustainable Development Goals” (SDGs) and its accompanying 169 targets are essentially a recipe for global socialism and corporatism is hardly open for dispute, as countless analysts have pointed out in recent weeks. Goal number 10, for example, calls on the UN, national governments, and every person on Earth to “reduce inequality within and among countries.” To do that, the agreement continues, will “only be possible if wealth is shared and income inequality is addressed.”

*Even the world's leading religious figure, Pope Francis, addressed UN member governments with a plea to support the UN goals. “The adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development at the World Summit, which opens today, is an important sign of hope,” he said. It is worth noting, however, that not everybody within the Catholic Church hierarchy was quite as enthusiastic about the scheme. In their “Common Declaration of the Bishops of Africa and Madagascar” ahead of the UN summit, for example, Africa's bishops blasted the “agents of the civilization of death” and called for much of the scheming to stop. “We implore you to end the filthy campaigns that promote a civilization of death on our continent,” they said, slamming the “terrifying resurgence of a colonialist spirit under the guise of the appealing names of liberty, equality, rights, autonomy, democratization and development.”

*Beyond governments and religious figures, much of the private sector also enthusiastically backed the new goals. Among the mega-corporations backing the scheme are the world's top three search engines: Google, Microsoft's Bing, and Yahoo. It was not immediately clear whether those corporations' support for the UN agenda would affect the supposed impartiality of search results, but critics of the UN plan expressed alarm nonetheless. As The New American reported in May, meanwhile, top media outlets around the world are also participating in a massive propaganda campaign to support the UN agenda.

I am composing my letter now to Google, MicroSoft and Yahoo, asking how soon I can expect my check ? I mean if we are talking equality, they and so many more...owe us money. Well don't they ?

They seem to have you worried. You really need to turn off your computer.

The goals generally sound good, however, the only way I see it as happening (based upon my intrepretation of the socialistic wording) is that there must be an international income tax on government/business/private parties. And that expenditures be overseen by UN oversears of some sort.

It is a long document to read. I also see religious interference in some of the stated goals, especially where it comes to women.

Well aside from the fact that one isn't necessarily worried about something just because they might feel its timely to promulgate, you seem to be a lot more confident than me in that sovereign govt's. won't act on let alone overreact, to this bullshit.

Might be time for the US to de-fund our dominant portion of UN funding. I have such a lack of confidence because of my natural distaste for international dictates such as this as a rule and this one in particular and when it comes to in anyway...assessing national income and its redistribution.

defunding our disproportionate share of the fiscal burden would be nice for sure. Our government is really good at letting others tell us how we are to spend our money without our control.

LOL the US never listens to anyone else, it is the one that dictates to other countries and blackmails them into submission by threatening boycotts and being frozen out of the world financial system.. When the US does give a little money to other countries there are always very unpleasant strings attached..

It is hardly any different from what had been ratified in 2000 for development until 2015

Aren't we a little behind in our dues?[8|]

I have such a lack of confidence because of my natural distaste for international dictates such as this as a rule

When the u.s. chooses to make international dictates do you have the same level of distress?

and this one in particular and when it comes to in anyway...assessing national income and its redistribution.

Why do you feel it is a good thing for anyone to live in poverty?

No the US isn't but a few smaller countries owe a billion or so.

I guess such International dictates as described as coming from the US would have to be on a case by case basis. Unless one could include war and as of late, the world as I do, should have a big problem with both Afghan. and Iraq.

Billions are poor in this world because of corrupt govts and international business acquiescence nit for lack of various taxpayer generosities. Even much of that is cynically misused to enrich or garner power.

I do. We need to keep out of other peoples business. This meddling is going to be the end of us and the oil companies it serves will not even be here when the shit hits the fan.
